As every personalised item is made especially to order, personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or an error has been made by Pretty Little Threads.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us at pretty.little.threads.x@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with a photograph and we will make it right.
