Ordering

All orders are placed directly with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email. Prices shown on our website are a guide — final totals (including any personalisation) will be confirmed with you before you pay.

Personalisation

As personalised items are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please double-check spelling of names and initials before confirming your order — we embroider exactly as provided.

Dispatch & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of payment being received and sent via tracked UK delivery. Delivery is free on orders over £70. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition. Please see our Returns page for full details.
